Although you may think becoming a vegetarian is easy it is actually hard, here are a couple tips, and pointers on how to maintain your vegetarian diet.:
1. Decide what type of vegetarian you are.
2. Start gradually, don't completely get rid of meat,chicken,and fish. Have this process take a week. (It took me 1 and a half weeks.)
3. Get your friends involved.
4. Understand why you are becoming a vegetarian.
5. Thinking of some recipes you like that could easily be made into a vegetarian dish. ex. Chicken Parmesan to Eggplant Parmesan.
6. Find fast food restaurants that serve vegetarian food. ex. Burger King and Subway
7. Create a food diary, this will help you chart your progress in becoming a vegetarian.
8. Count how much protein you are taking in!!!!
9. Find a food store that caries frozen vegetarian meals.
10. Make sure you are satisfied with your choice.

I would like, first of all, my congratulations, as it is being your first blog. Though it can be taken as an attempt in blogging, I would rather tell you to concentrate on things that express your feelings than on those that just tell facts. Facts can be culled from sources, while feelings can't.
